After a customer’s virtual solution is developed through the Design phase, and has been thoroughly tested and documented, it is ready to be released into production.

API will also provide documented support processes for management of the solution once it is put into production. The implementation is carefully coordinated to conform to all change control protocols, as well as any regulatory requirements. Once a new virtual solution is in production, the process of educating and transitioning users into the new environment is initiated.

The final stage of implementation is to solicit feedback from the relevant stakeholders. User feedback is instrumental to API’s continuous improvement process, and results in operational efficiencies that not only save money, but improve the user experience.
