Tom Boller is the founder, president and chief executive officer of API Systems Inc. (API). Tom leads a strong team that is continuously working to deliver API’s mission of keeping customer-centricity as the root of the business. Tom graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor of science degree.
Mark Knouse is the technology visionary behind API Systems. With over 15 years of experience leading enterprise-wide IT operations, projects, and solution designs, Mark has been a driving force behind API’s business growth and development. An active leader in the professional technology community, Mark attends and speaks at top industry trade shows and events.
Jessica Van Pelt
Director, Workforce & Staffing
Jessica Van Pelt leads the API executive level management team’s staff augmentation practice, focusing on delivering customized, tailored staffing solutions and top-notch candidates to some of the most renowned corporations. She has proven success in full lifecycle recruiting with a keen ability to foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, team members, and talent.
Stephen Stetler is API’s leading Practice Manager, and is an integral member of the Office of the CTO. Stephen has multiple core competencies within technology, namely virtualization, automation, hyper-convergence technology, end-user computing (EUC), and cloud computing. He also is a certified AWS Solutions Architect, and holds multiple certifications in technologies ranging from Citrix (CCE-V), to Microsoft (MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure Charter Member), as well as several others from AppSense, Cisco and VMware. Stephen has been a major part of API’s growth, contributing to all project life-cycle phases from conceptualization to planning, designing, and architecting best-of-breed technology infrastructure solutions. He is industry renowned for his implementation, integration, and optimization successes.
